The Strasburg C-3 School District is accepting applications for a Kindergarten Teacher for the 2023-2024 school year. Strasburg C-3 operates on a four-day school week. The district provides a 1:1 initiative with students in grades K-8 using Chromebooks. The student population is about 120 students K-8, with 16 certified staff members. Strasburg is a rural community with outstanding community support located 30 minutes south of Blue Springs, MO.

The Strasburg C-3 School District is currently seeking qualified applicants for the position of teacher’s assistant for the 2023-2043 School Year. Applicants must successfully complete a background check and have a substitute teacher certification in order to work under the direct supervision of an appropriately certified teacher to provide instructional assistance. Interested applicants can obtain an application for non-certified staff/support staff at the school office or from the district website at strasburg.k12.mo.us, under the human resources tab. The application should accompany a letter of interest and at least (3) references. This is an hourly position working 8:00- 4:00, four days a week. This position is open until filled.

Kindergarten Welcome Night

We are excited to welcome our new students to the Strasburg School
District! Please plan to attend Kindergarten Welcome Night on Thursday,
March 16th from 5:00 - 5:30 p.m. at Strasburg elementary school. This
event will give parents and students the opportunity to get important
information about the transition to kindergarten and provide important
documents required for the start of school. Children must be 5 years of age by July 31, 2023 to attend kindergarten during the 2023-2024 school year. Additional information regarding registration will be available during the Welcome Night. We look forward to seeing you there!
Hello, 8th-grade parents-
Can you believe this is the last semester of middle school for your student? Ready or not, they are headed to high school next year. To help with the transition, LJHS will be hosting an 8th-grade parent information night on Monday, March 13th at 5:30 pm at Lone Jack High School. We will cover all topics pertaining to the start of your student's high school career including ICAP (Individual Career and Academic Plan), Plans of Study, courses offered, scheduling, electives, and graduation requirements. We will also discuss opportunities for Cass Career Center, Summit Technology Academy, and the A+ Scholarship Program.
